My creative reportage and Fine Art photography is created in locations and in real-life environments around the world.

Commissioned and personal art works are used by commercial clients for branding and marketing collateral, publishers for book covers and as stand alone imagery for show.

Based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, UK after working in London as a freelance photographer my creative reportage photography is used by clients worldwide.

My time in London saw me shooting features and editorial commissions for 10 years at The Daily Telegraph as well as The Times, The Guardian, The Observer etc. consumer magazines and business to business publications aslo commissioned me during this time.

Moving into corporate communications and marketing photography recent commissions in my reportage style include projects for CNBC TV, The Alliance & Leicester, The Wall St Journal, Orange and many other clients.

Creating a narrative

The reportage style stems from photojournalism and is a means of storytelling through pictures. It is a photographic style that captures a moment or event in a narrative fashion. The photographers job is to observe and record. A story can be created that has a beginning, a middle, and an end as well as a single photograph that can sum up a story succinctly.

Form & Shape

Fine Art photography is created in line with the vision of the photographer as artist, using photography as a medium for creative expression. The goal of fine-art photography is to express an idea, a message, or an emotion. My work involves multiple projects that span the real world in a reportage style as well as creative abstract photography that stand alone as art works and exhibition pieces.
